• Outpatient: Monday - Friday
• Sign-on Bonus
• Bilingual is preferable - Spanish/English
• At least 3 years of experience in family medicine
• Conducting patient assessments, diagnosing illnesses, and prescribing medications. managing chronic conditions
• Collaboration with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals will be essential in developing and implementing effective treatment plans.

Skills Required of the Family Nurse Practitioner:

• Master of Nursing and Board Certified FNP
• Active DE license or eligible to obtain
• Strong background in primary care, including experience in preventive care, health education, and disease management.
• Previous experience in a primary care setting and proficiency in electronic medical record systems are highly desirable
