Skills/ Requirements
Credentials:
State Licensure
Current Basic LIfe Support (CPR or BLS) ASHI certified
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) ASHI certified
Health Documentation:
Immunizations: Varicella, Rubeola, Rubella, Mumps
Physical within the last year
Negative TB within the last year or Positive TB with Chest X-ray results within the last five years
Clear Background Check (provided)
Negative Drug Screen (provided)
