Industrial Maintenance Mechanic

Type: Direct Hire, Full-time
Pay: $25 per hour ($52,000 per year)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7 AM - 4:30 PM

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Mechanic with experience in operating Hi-lo equipment and a solid background in mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems. This position requires a hands-on approach to maintenance and repair tasks within a dynamic warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate Hi-lo equipment for material handling within the warehouse.
• Conduct repairs and maintenance of Hi-lo trucks, including brake repairs.
• Handle heavy lifting tasks to load and unload goods.
• Assemble products according to OEM specifications.
• Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to safety standards and protocols.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience operating Hi-lo equipment in a warehouse or similar setting.
• Technical knowledge of industrial equipment, electrical systems, and HVAC.
• Experience with plumbing and electrical work is highly advantageous.
• Strong understanding of OEM assembly procedures.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including heavy lifting.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Additional Requirements:

• Must pass a drug screening and background check prior to employment.

Compensation:

• Starting at $25 per hour, with potential for higher pay based on experience and skills.
