Our client is seeking a talented Administrator to join their team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless coordination of administrative tasks and maintaining excellent communication with clients. Key Responsibilities:

  • Process orders through the system that come in via email and telephone.
  • Manage online payments and handle sales inquiries.
  • Print and process orders, including generating dispatch labels.
  • Ensure accurate and timely shipment of orders through the system.
  • Follow up with courier services to track and resolve any delivery issues.
  • Perform filing tasks as needed to maintain organisational efficiency.
  • Occasionally assist in warehouse tasks, such as eyeleting tarpaulins or packing parcels, as required.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Attention to detail and good telephone manner required.
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills.
  • IT Literate Inc. Word, Outlook & Excel.
  • Ability to work under pressure and use own initiative.
  • A "can do" attitude with a positive, patient, and assertive nature.
